What should I do if my application was rejected?

There are a variety of reasons that applications may get rejected. We encourage you to get in touch with our Support team to help you troubleshoot (support@myenergyoptimizer.org or 877-882-1170). A few of the common reasons for rejection are listed below:

• Key information may not match. Make sure your first name, last name, and address match exactly as it appears on your bill.

• If there are multiple account owners and the applicaiton is rejected with one of the name, you may need to try applying with the other account owner's name.

• You may be enrolled in a disqualifying program such as Budget Billing, Medical Equipment Discount (MED) Rate, or Peak Conserve. 

• Your equipment may not be eligible. For a list of eligible equipment, please review this FAQ
